• We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and trekking guides.
• Prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to operational or external factors.
• Clients must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. Any incorrect information may result in service cancellation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking if necessary without liability.

2. Payment Terms

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment, depending on the service.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or other approved digital payment systems.
• Additional bank or transaction charges (if any) are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email.
• Cancellation charges depend on service type and timing of cancellation.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable service charges, penalties, or third-party costs.
• No refund is provided for no-shows or unused services.

4. Flight Booking Terms

• Flight prices are subject to airline rules and availability at the time of booking.
• Name changes, date changes, and cancellations are subject to airline policies and additional charges.
• We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.
• Passengers must carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, and required permits.
• Airline baggage policies apply and must be followed strictly.

5. Trekking Terms & Conditions

• Trekking packages include guide, permits, accommodation, and meals as mentioned in the itinerary.
• Clients must be physically fit for trekking activities and acknowledge the risks involved in high-altitude travel.
• Weather conditions, trail changes, or safety concerns may lead to itinerary modifications.
• Any additional costs due to changes in itinerary caused by natural or unforeseen events must be borne by the client.
• Proper trekking gear and travel insurance are highly recommended.
• Respect for local culture, environment, and wildlife is mandatory during the trek.

6. Tour Package Terms

• Tour itineraries are planned in advance but may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Entrance fees, meals, and services included will be clearly mentioned in each package.
• Any extra services not mentioned in the package will incur additional charges.
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
• Any damage caused to property or vehicles by clients must be compensated.

7. Vehicle Rental Terms

• Vehicle rentals (car, jeep, Hiace, bus) are provided based on availability.
• Fuel, driver allowance, tolls, and parking fees are included or excluded as per package agreement.
• Vehicle usage must strictly follow the agreed itinerary. Extra usage will be charged separately.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused due to misuse of the vehicle.
• The company reserves the right to change vehicles in case of technical issues or emergencies.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We act only as an organizer and facilitator for travel-related services.
• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers or natural events.
• Clients participate in tours and treks at their own risk.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Political instability
• Strikes or transport disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Government restrictions

10. Use of Media Content

By participating in our tours or services, clients agree that Easy Way Travel & Chirayu International Tour & Travels may use photos, videos, and reviews for marketing and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

11. Website Use

• Users must not misuse or attempt to harm the website or its content.
• All content on the website is owned by the company and cannot be copied without permission.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
